Hellz Bellz Fitness is a fresh new kettlebell and fitness facility serving the Beaverton area. Kettlebells can burn up to 1,200 calories in a one-hour workout! Grab a cast iron bell and watch your fitness goals take off as you work with Dr. Carl Bonofiglio, Certified Kettlebell Trainer and Coach! Unlike big box gyms, our classes are small, allowing for individual instruction on kettlebell basics. Once these techniques are learned, more advanced movements are added to increase strength, agility, and endurance. If weight loss is what you are after, then this is the right place!

After three years of Kettlebell training and noticing an empty warehouse space next to my chiropractic office- I had an inspiration! A Kettlebell Gym!

Through opening a Kettlebell gym, I could fine-tune my patients’ rehab and offer the community a safe, fun, effective workout!

I have been in the health and fitness industry for well over 20 years through my training as a Chiropractic Physician, TLS Coach, and Kettlebell Instructor. While working out in “big-box gyms” I was unhappy with the results from the various machines and weights; boredom became a factor. In 2010 I started swinging Kettlebells and wondered “where they had been all my life”!!! What a drastic change in conditioning! I continue to learn, and train, with Kettlebells through the StrongFirst Kettlebell System.
